Synopsis: The Hood gathers a veritable horde of villains together and offers to organize them into an efficient and deadly villainous force. To prove he is capable of this, he beats Tigra close to death while Jigsaw films it. As their first criminal effort, the Hood and his allies use Deathlok to rob a bank, netting them millions. With news of the Avengers having their hands full battling alien symbiotes, the Hood plans his next move.
