"Speed City"

Synopsis: With dozens of citizens turned into speedsters from lightning strikes, some turn to crime and are apprehended by the Flash and August. Others want to learn how to adjust to their powers, so S.T.A.R. Labs opens a training center for new speedsters, headed by Dr. Meena Dhawan. Iris seeks a new lead on the Black Hole, and is aided by Wally using his speed powers secretly. Barry agrees to help Meena train the speedsters, including the rogue speedsters captured earlier, but when they arrive at Iron Heights they find the rogue speedsters dead, killed by a new speed villain, Godspeed.
